Joining Star Aquatic Club swim team has been a fantastic experience. Coach Lovro is the best Head Coach in our area! I can not thank you enough, and all the other coaches, Marina, Ashton and Amanda for your patience, help and support that you have shown to help my son become a better version of himself in swimming and beyond. The team is welcoming and every practice is fun and motivating. I highly recommend Star Aquatic Club to anyone looking for a positive and encouraging swimming environment.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Mirka for her excellent support and guidance. She explained very clearly about my son’s progress and his move to the Beginner Plus level, which gave me a much better understanding and confidence. She was also very helpful in addressing all my doubts and took the time to coordinate with the coach to clarify everything for me. Her patience, clear communication, and willingness to help are truly commendable. Thank you, Ms. Mirka, for your dedication and support—we really appreciate it!💖 From Harishiv Mom .

This is an amazing community and such a great team! Lovro, Mark and Marina are a true blessing for the kids. My kid joined the team in September and this is the first activity she does 3 times a week and still loves it. We love NJCU and Weehawken pools. Very clean and no harsh smell. She has been to 3 swim meets so far and I'm so happy to see the coaches supporting the kids even when they are only beginners. The girls and the boys on the team are friendly and kind!

We absolutely love NJ Swimstars! Our oldest has been swimming there for three years and our youngest just started this year — and we’ve had such a great experience with both. The owners are truly wonderful. They care deeply about the kids, run an incredibly organized program, and create such a warm, positive environment. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and know how to build both skills and confidence in the water. The classes are structured, safe, and fun. We’ve seen so much progress in both of our kids, and they genuinely look forward to swim each week. We’re so grateful to have found NJ Swimstars and highly recommend them to any family looking for swim lessons in the area.

Both of my kids (ages 4 and 22 months) absolutely love this class. The owners and instructors are so patient and kind with the kids. The kids are in the pool and actively swimming and building skills for the entire lesson. There’s none of the “sit on the side and wait” time you find at some places. The pool at Xcel is warm, clean, and there are lots of comfortable couches and chairs for parents and siblings to relax and watch their little ones. We’ve had such a good experience here!
